SV5 APO Triplet Refractor. Stellarvue's 5" F/7 ultra high contrast objective. This optical tube assembly comes with the massive Feather Touch dual speed 3.5" focuser with 2" and 1 1/4" adapters, deluxe CNC dual mounting rings, Stellarvue's D1029ED 2" diagonal with Stellarbright dielectric coating, retracting dew shield, oversized 6" diameter tube with deep, spherical shaped baffles for the highest possible contrast, aluminum covers and hand-made, Tongue and grove, hardwood display case. The telescope comes in our lustrous pearl finish (standard) or stardust blue finish (optional). Deluxe F2 finder and base is included. No mount, tripod, or eyepieces. This telescope may be carried on a plane. The focuser is mounted to the OTA with a knurled ring that allows the owner to remove it. The tube assembly is then only 21" long, fitting well within an airline sized travel bag. A $1500 deposit will be charged when you order. This will place you on the wait list. The balance will be due when your telescope is finished.
