Hands on Optics does not share, sell or otherwise distribute any customer furnished information, including emails and addresses.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Hands on Optics, for any reason, just return the item(s) in NEW condition with all original packaging, within 10 days for a prompt refund. The customer may be charged one time 15% of the price of the item for restocking and shipping & handling at the discretion of Hands on Optics. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.. If your order was received damaged or defective, contact Hands on Optics before returning. In addition to our 10-day return policy, many products of our are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you would like to receive a copy of the warranty for any product, please call or write for details.

You may charge your purchase to your MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AmEx and PayPal by phone or use our secured server.

  Fax to 301-482-2210. Please use our Order Form or the order form from our print catalog if possible. Faxes are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Charge your purchase to your MasterCard, VISA, AmEx, Discover or PayPal. and include an authorizing signature.

Shipping & Handling Charges
The shipping and handling charge is a minimum of $8.00 (up to one pound) within the United States, except as noted. This amount covers packaging, insurance, and shipping within the

United States via UPS Ground or US Mail. Costs to ship heavy or bulky items or to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Overseas are higher. Feel free to contact us for charges before ordering. Federal Express and UPS delivery services are available to most areas; call for exact charges. Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours except for orders authorizing FedEx Priority and UPS Next day deliveries which will be shipped within 24 hours

Maryland Sales Tax
Orders shipped to State of Maryland addresses must pay state sales tax, currently 5.0% on the total cost of the order.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from recognized public education and government institutions only. Please call for terms and conditions before placing orders. Purchase orders accepted by mail only.

International Orders
Hands on Optics accepts international orders. By using air freight companies and the US Postal Service, we now have the ability to fill orders from across the globe. The pricing for products are shown here on our web site; shipping prices will be quoted by e-mail based upon the destination. There are restrictions on shipping some products. Here is additional information regarding international orders:

• There is a $10 international order handling fee that covers the additional paperwork.
• No returns are accepted
• Manufacturers warranties may be void, in some cases once the product leaves the United States.
• For orders up to $299, payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer or bank check in US dollars
• Orders over $300, payment may be made by bank wire transfer or bank check in US dollars only. To used credit cards or PayPal, please contact us for approval.
• The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery.
